I love beer with tea infused into it. My first tea infused
beer was the Yeastie Boys Gunnamatta Ear Grey IPA. This year Renaissance of New
Zealand brewed this Sencha Saison as part of their Enlightenment series and it was awesome. One of those easy to
drink beers and it doesn’t need to be overpowering in flavours and aroma.
Everything was just right!

A wheat beer which I do not mind drinking all night long!
Traditional wheat beers are typically brewed with orange peel but this Hawaiian
brewery uses pinapple juice and it give it a very refreshing aftertaste.

Vanilla Oatmeal Stout
This is one delicious beer. They brewed a one-off stout and
cramped vanilla and oatmeal into. Which turned out to be a perfect combination
of ingredients.

Imperial American Brown Ale
Brown ales might not be the most sort after style of beer but
this was different! Won 2nd at the GABS, Melbourne and the brewer
was kind enough the hand us a bottle or TWO! Roast Hazelnuts and Ella hops from
Tasmania. I can never say no to Hazelnuts in Brown ales.

Mikkeller 1000IBU
The name says it all! A beer with 1000ibu and it really
tastes like 1000ibu. A small sip of 100ml will leave a lingering hoppy after
taste which lasts for about 5 minutes! But as soon as the hoppy-ness leaves
ends, you’d want to take another sip. Not for the faint hoppy hearted drinker
