2019 Most Memorable Beer List---by Samuel(SG)

It's been a rather eventful new year so far---but CORONA or otherwise--life goes on---so does the annual Most Memorable beer( and mead) list of 2019---while i have shared the first part of my own list---here's the list by Singaporean geek friend Samuel---who sort of listed his personal best 3 for stouts & sours from last year--though the Most Memorable list is not a Top 10-20 kinda list by nature but the format is very flexible---so here's the list :-
**all English by Sam (which were basically his short notes while drinking last year) --with Chinese transcript from me.

之前分享了自身的去年酒单上半部，今天来看看来自新加坡啤迷朋友SAMUEL的酒单---基本是SAM觉得去年喝到最好的黑啤三甲和酸啤三甲（有加一）。。。（英文来自SAM--中文是我大意揣摩。。。）

Best 3 Stouts:-

1）horusagedales hazelnut crown

is nigh religious experience, smells of hazelnut, vanilla, coconut for days, shreded coconut when warm, omg this is so much coconut, tastes toasted coconut, then coffee, vanilla, coconut fudge, cookie dough, oily silky rich medium body, very toasted coconut aftertaste finishes slowly

备受瞩目的黑啤新贵作品--充满榛子香草椰子气息--丰富顺滑的酒体--满满烤香椰子余韵。一次让人惊叹不已近乎膜拜的品饮经验。

2）sideprojectbrewing #sharedbrewing  coffee shop vibes

smells rich espresso for days, single origin coffee, dark chocolate, tastes straight up espresso, rich espresso, dark chocolate, vanilla when warm, silky medium body, dark chocolate espresso aftertaste finishes slow

强烈的特浓咖啡--黑巧克力--回温後有香草气息--顺滑可口.

3）3sonsbrewing hug hug kiss kiss

smells of vanilla, then huge chocolate-bourbon, tastes of huge chocolate fudge sundae, chocolate-bourbon, vanilla into the back

基本就像是蕴含浓郁巧克力和波本酒香的香草雪糕黑啤。

The Best 3 Sours :-

1）tommiesjefwildales  druif

smells grape pith and pith, fresh oak, juicy and dry at the same time, tart wine grapes for days

满满葡萄香气，清新橡木，酒味饱满葡萄汁中也带干涩,类似带酸葡萄酒.

2）the lost abbey brewing duck duck gooze 2019

 is delicious, can fight with West Ashley

美味的美国盛名之作--SAM觉得跟另一款盛名之作可较高低。

3）side project brewing blanc de blanc

smells of tart white grape, chardonnay-ish smell, tastes of so much huge tart white grape, so tart。

非常带酸劲道和气息的类白葡萄酒酸啤。

side project brewing balaton

smells of sweet-tart cherries, tastes of huge tart cherries, jammy cherries, cherry pith, cherry stems

酸甜樱桃的气息，入口类似酸味樱桃果酱般满满是樱桃味。
